There is no additional cabling or technical equipment inside the unit, just a solid, functional foundation. Residents connect their own router for WiFi or use a wired connection and are online right away.

How Basic Connectivity works
With Basic Connectivity, Teleplaza delivers internet to every unit in an efficient, cost-effective way, without the need for additional cabling or equipment inside the unit.
How it works:
Central internet delivery
Teleplaza provides the internet connection centrally within the building. From there, the signal is distributed through a central PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch, which delivers both power and data over a single UTP cable.
Cabling to every unit
U/UTP cabling (standard network cable) runs from the central switch to each apartment, providing a fixed internet connection. It terminates at a network outlet, such as a wall jack, inside the unit.
Residents choose their own router or WiFi
Residents connect their own router to the network outlet to set up WiFi, or use a network cable for wired access. Teleplaza places no active equipment inside the unit, which keeps your maintenance responsibilities to a minimum.
Common areas
If required, common areas such as a lobby or meeting room can be connected to the same infrastructure.
